Most orders ship the next business day. From there Ontario and Quebec usually take 1 to 2 business days, the rest of Canada 2 to 6 and the United States 4 to 7, measured on our own tracked deliveries. The UK usually takes 2 to 10 days and Europe 5 to 12. Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $99.

Cleanse first
Clean the natural lashes and the eye area before anything goes on.

Tape the lower lashes
So they stay down and clear of the glue.

Black patch first
Place a black patch under each eye, over the lower lashes.

White on top
For a UV set, a white patch goes over the black one. Lift both gently at the end.

What are under-eye pads for in lash extensions?
They cover the lower lashes and the skin under the eye during a lash extension set, so the lower lashes stay out of the glue and out of the way.
Why black eye pads?
For UV lash sets. A black patch keeps the lamp's light off the skin under the eye, so only the lash line sees it.
When do the under-eye pads go on?
At the start of the set: after you cleanse and tape the lower lashes, and before the first extension. In a UV set, the black tape over the lids goes on after the patches.
Do I need patches and tape?
In a UV set, both: tape on the lower lashes, patches under the eyes, then black tape over the lids. In a regular set, use what you normally use under the eye. Tape and patches: what goes where
