Do you have a store in Toronto, or pickup?
No. We are online only. Orders are packed in Toronto and shipped to your door; there is no shop to visit and no pickup.
How long does delivery take to my province?
From the carrier's first scan, Ontario and Quebec usually take 1 to 2 business days and the rest of Canada 2 to 6. The map above shows each province, measured on our own tracked deliveries. Rural and remote addresses can take longer.
How much is shipping?
Free in Canada on orders over $99.
What does shipping cost on orders under $99?
It is worked out at checkout from Canada Post and Purolator rates for your address, with standard and express services to choose from.

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Deliveries to the United States usually take 4 to 7 business days. Duties and taxes outside Canada are paid by the customer.

What is your return policy?
If your order arrives defective, damaged or wrong, email returns@beautibeam.com and we refund or replace it.
